The NATPE Mobile++ Top 12 is a collection of the hottest mobile properties in the areas of Broadcast, Social Networking, Gaming, and Location-based Media. These properties will be highlighted at NATPE Mobile++ this January 28th, during an awards presentation hosted by Greg Clayman, Executive Vice President, Digital Distribution & Business Development, MTV Networks.

Extending Broadcasting to the mobile space

Local Wireless is LSN’s mobile network of over 140 broadcast affiliates. The site is accessible from any mobile handset with Internet access - regardless of carrier, and is free to users. A user simply navigates to the city or enters in the zip code to find the local affiliate site with news, sports, weather, and other great information. LSN is also delivering mobile streaming video along with a complete text alert platform. The network currently has over 35 million page views and 7.5 million visitors per month. Sprint Exclusive Entertainment (SEE) is an original, made-for-mobile network delivering professionally-produced broadcast television quality Music, Sports and Entertainment programming to Sprint mobile phone customers. Sprint subscribers with a video-enabled device and data package receive approximately 175 new made-for-mobile programs each week for their entertainment and informational benefit.
